We operate a completely digital advice process which allows you to submit your financial information securely across our fact find platform at a time and place that is convenient to you. This allows us to understand the basics of your financial situation before we talk to you about your plans and aspirations ultimately saving you time.
We use Zoom Meetings to facilitate a face to face conversation to understand more about you. We use Zoom Meetings because we have found it delivers streamlined high quality video conferencing from any desktop or mobile without you needing to open an account. Additionally, for your security, all meetings conducted across Zoom are encrypted and therefore confidential in the same as with a face to face meeting would be. We can even facilitate two people being in different locations!
We can send you all of the documents securely so that you can make decisions in the comfort of your own home but with the help of a professional.

Our initial contact allows us to gain a sense of your requirements, needs and priorities.
We aim to gather some basic details from you to establish whether we can help.
We may also ask you to complete some information online to help us make the best use of your time during the Discovery meeting. Our secure, user friendly system allows you to give us all the relevant information at a time and place convenient to you - It's simple, easy and can be done anywhere with an internet connection.
Discovery meeting
We aim for the Discovery meeting to be focussed around your goals and priorities rather than simply being an information gathering session. This can be conducted in person or across the internet by video on an encrypted video call.
Once we understand your circumstances fully, we can spend time conducting our extensive research and finding the most suitable products and services for you.
Recommendation meeting
Once our research is complete, we make our personal recommendations to you face to face, either in person or via a video call. We have secure digital file transfer and screen sharing available so we can explain our recommendations easily whatever the circumstances.
Assuming you're happy with our proposals, we'll make the necessary arrangements on your behalf and manage the process through until the end.
Our fees become payable at this point, we'll tell you the precise cost before you agree to us acting on your behalf.
